How to reset a ZTE Phone

Resetting a ZTE Phone

Perform the following steps in order

Total Time: 2 minutes

  1. Switch off your mobile phone.

  2. Press and hold the “Volume Up, Power and Home” button simultaneously.

    Release the buttons if you see the ZTE logo on the screen.

  3. Use the “Volume Down” button and select the wipe data/ factory reset option.

  4. Press the “Power Key” to confirm the above option.

    SIM memory is not affected.

  5. Again press the “Volume Down” button until you reach “Yes- Delete all user data.”

  6. Press the “Power key” to confirm your action.

    Wait until the process is finished. After the process is finished, the screen will show the “Reboot system now.”

  7. Press the power button to confirm and Restart your device.

  8. After the process is finished, press the power button to restart your device.
