One of the most important features of this product is how easy it is to reset when needed. Here are instructions on how to soft reset and hard reset (or factory reset) your Fitbit Charge 3 or Charge 4 activity tracker. It’s quite easy!
To reset the Fitbit Charge 3, perform the following steps-
Total Time: 1 minute
Plug the charging cable into a certified USB wall charger and connect the other end of the port to the back of the tracker.
Make sure the button on your tracker is in line with the button opening on the charging cable. The tracker will vibrate and you see a battery icon pop up on the tracker’s display.
Hold the button to restart your tracker.
Press and hold the button on your tracker for eight seconds. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker has restarted.
