How to reset the Fitbit Charge 3

  1. Plug the charging cable into a certified USB wall charger and connect the other end of the port to the back of the tracker.

  3. Hold the button to restart your tracker.

    Press and hold the button on your tracker for eight seconds. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker has restarted.
