Take the earbuds out of the charging case and ensure they are turned on.

Simultaneously press and hold (approximately 10 seconds) the Right and Left buttons until the LEDs briefly flash purple (note that the LED on the right earbud will flash blue repeatedly before it flashes purple).
The earbuds have now been reset. The LED on the right earbud will automatically turn blue to indicate pairing mode.
Keep in mind that resetting your earbuds will erase all personal data and settings, so you’ll need to set them up again from scratch.
