Perform the following steps in order-

To reset the Doro 6030–

Total Time: 2 minutes

  1. Press Menu.

  2. Select Settings.

  3. Select Security.

  4. Select Reset all to reset the phone.

    SIM memory is not affected.

  5. Enter the phone code (default code 1234).

  6. Press OK

    The phone will now reset to factory defaults.

Once you have entered the code, the Doro 6030 will reset and restart. You will need to re-enter your security code when you turn on the Doro 6030 after the reset. If you have forgotten your security code, you can contact Doro customer support for assistance.
