To return your product to its original out-of-box state, follow our steps to reset and reboot your Bose headphones and clear all settings.

**Note: If you want to switch to factory reset, hold the volume button and the AUX buttons at the same time for about 10 seconds. Then, launch the Bose Music player and continue the on-screen directions to reset your device.

Reset Bose Headphones

Perform the following steps in order–

Total Time: 2 minutes

  1. Power off your product.

    Wait 30 seconds.

  2. Connect your Bose headphones to a wall outlet using a USB charger.

    Wait five seconds.

  3. Disconnect the USB cable from the headphones.

    Wait one minute.

  4. Power on your headphones.
