Many modern soundbars are even more difficult to use than cutting-edge home theater systems. Although there’s no way to solve every soundbar issue, we’ve put together a list of workarounds that have worked for us.
Vizio sound bar reset
If you have a Vizio Soundbar and you are having problems, or the speaker won’t connect to your other devices, the Bluetooth connection is unstable, try resetting the speaker to factory settings.
Perform the following steps in order-
To reset a Vizio soundbar-
Total Time: 3 minutes

Press and hold the “Bluetooth” and “Volume Down” buttons simultaneously for five seconds.
Your Vizio soundbar will restart

Press and hold the “Input” and “Volume Down” buttons for five seconds.

Press and hold the “Input” and “Volume Up” buttons for five seconds.

Unplug the AC power cord.

Plug the AC power cord back in again, and press the (power) button to turn on the unit.
If you’ve tried everything we’ve mentioned so far and still haven’t gotten a response, it’s time to contact Vizio. If the company is still unable to resolve the issue, it may be necessary to replace the unit—or you may wish to return it to the seller and try something else.
